LVS has built a Quality Management system according to GMP ICH Q7 requirement. We have a quality unit that is independent from production that fulfills both quality assurance(QA) and quality control(QC) responsibilities.
Such we insure the stable high quality for each batch of our products. We keep all quality records for being able to provide up to 10 year’s traceability.


Quality Seeds

We believe the best way to
obtain quality oil is by using good quality seeds.Only quality seeds can make it possible to run less refining on the oil. And less refining leads to a more stable natural oil.
The ways we collect quality seed are –

1、Selecting good varieties for growing.
2、Promoting a continuous improvement of
     agriculture technic.
3、Keeping a long-term stable contract with
     farmers.
4、Strict controls of using agricultural-
     chemicals in the farming area.
5、Strict procedure for incoming materials.
6、Heavy seeds cleaning.

Quality Control

LVS` lab runs 24h per day on seeds and oils testing by using North American/Europen official methods and our own test methods as well. We do step-to-step quality control based on the in-process testing. The analysis centre communicates and cooperates with inland and international analysis labs and researching organizations. It`s a recognized lab with CIQ(China Entr-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau).
Our quality department has independent control of the quality of products, and it has the authority to stop any unqualified product from going into the next process.

Traceability

LVS has established a complete Quality Traceability system to be able to trace every batch of our product. Our traceability system can be able to provide with processing/releasing/testing records which are reserved for a period of 10 year`s since the date of production for every batch of product.
